"After 10 years of palace cooking and a trip around the world, I decided to settle in Provence to write a more personal story by opening my restaurant: Maison Hache. My cuisine, punctuated by strong, bold and inspired markers, aims to create the framework for a unique culinary experience, where discovery is the key word.
