Edú marks the start of a new adventure for Edouard Giribone.
The Marseille-based chef of the Édouard's bistroof la Relève and the Cocktail Bar Gaspard has chosen to set up its new restaurant in a former nursery in Saint-Remy-de-Provence, carefully decorated by its mother, Annick Lestrohan, creator ofHonoré.
In the heart of the Alpilles mountains, a convivial spot around a pond, in the shade of the cypress trees under the green arbours, where you can enjoy generous Mediterranean cuisine that reflects the image of this young team.
